The Ask

While attending Santa Reparata International School of Art in Florence, Italy for a semester in my Junior year of college, we were tasked with completing a conceptual trend forecast in groups of 4 people. Our professor gave us a word to shape the theme of our forecast around: “yearning”. We were instructed to think about what this word means to us, and produce a visual story demonstrated through various lenses including color, key words, materials, and external influences.
